Kaura Mobile Car Detailing is a mobile service that comes to you in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, and nearby areas in British Columbia. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kaura Mobile Car Detailing, and "you" means the person booking the service.
Our Services
Please make sure we can access the work area at your scheduled time. Also confirm that water and electricity are available if needed. If we can't get in, we may charge a call-out or cancellation fee.
Quotes and Pricing
We give quotes based on the details you share with us. The final price might change once we inspect your vehicle, especially if there is dirt, pet hair or stains that require extra cleaning. We will always confirm the cost with you before beginning any work.
Booking, Location, and Access
Since we come to your location, please make sure there is a safe, legal, and accessible place for us to work. If your booking requires water or power, please ensure we can access it. Let us know about any restrictions at your location. If we cannot safely access or service your vehicle at the scheduled time, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
Please make sure the work area is safe, accessible, and ready for the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We may charge a fee for late cancellations to cover the time reserved for you.
Payment
Payment is due after we finish the service, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will let you know which payment methods we accept when you book.
Coatings and Warranties
Ceramic coating packages may have a durability period. We will tell you about that when you book. The ceramic coating warranty applies only if you keep up with care and maintenance. Ceramic coating warranty does not cover damage from accidents, washing, or normal wear.
What We Don't Cover
We cannot promise to remove every stain, scratch, odour or paint defect because the results depend on the condition of your vehicle. We will always let you know what to expect before we start.
Damage and Liability
We look after your car. If you think we caused damage to your car, let us know before we go or within 24 hours. We are not responsible for existing damage, worn parts, non-manufacturer parts that fail during work or problems we cannot control. Our responsibility for any job is what you paid for.
Your Responsibilities
Please take out all items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Let us know if there are any surfaces or existing damage.
