Kaura Mobile Car Detailing is a mobile detailing service that comes to you across Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, and the surrounding area. Our services include interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and engine detailing. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Kaura Mobile Car Detailing. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits our website, requests a quote, or books a service. As a business in British Columbia, we handle personal information in line with BC's privacy law.

What We Collect

We only collect what we need to book your service, do the work, and stay in touch. That usually includes:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The address where we'll detail your vehicle
• Details about your vehicle and the service you want
• Anything you write to us in a form, message, or email
• Billing details when you pay for a service

When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and how you found us.

How We Collect It

We get your information when you fill out our quote or contact form, call us at +1 604-203-4355, message us on social media, or book and receive a service. We use a customer management and booking platform to handle quotes and communication, and website tools like Google Tag Manager that rely on cookies (covered below).

Why We Use It

We use your information to give you a quote, schedule your appointment, come to your location, carry out the detailing, process payments, follow up, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Vehicle Photos

We sometimes take before and after photos of the vehicles we detail to show the quality of our work. If your photos would show a licence plate or anything identifying, we keep that private or leave it out. If you'd rather we didn't photograph your vehicle, just let us know.

Who We Share It With

We keep sharing to a minimum. Your information may go to our detailing team, the booking and payment platforms we use to run our business, and the proper authorities when the law requires it. Outside of these, we don't share your information.

Cookies and Website Tracking

Our website uses cookies. These are files that get stored on your device. They help the site run properly and let us see how people use our pages. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. But keep in mind some parts of the site might not work well if you do.

Marketing and Reminders

We might send you reminders about appointment updates, service updates, and sometimes special offers. You can stop getting marketing messages whenever you want by using the unsubscribe link or, by letting us know. We will still send you the messages that're important for your booking.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as we need it: to serve you, run our business, and meet legal and tax requirements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or destroy it.

Our services and website are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll remove it.
